Service through the web site is essentially non-existent.
You can only view a statement which may be several months old. You can't dynamically see what is going on in your accounts. Their web site is one of the worst I've ever experienced for a bank site. The money is "withdrawn" but not sent for a couple days. Howeve they claim it takes several days from when another bank releases ACH funds until they receive them. I can understand that they don't make deposited funds available for a certain time. If you keep your money there and never put any more in or take any out it is fine. I keep getting sucked into synchrony by their high rates. Great interest rates - poor everything else
